DeepKnomics™ Labs Private Limited is a data-driven technology company with a strong vision to provide expert data-driven algorithmic products, consultancy and solutions at the interface of genomics, big-data, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning and Bioinformatics.

We utilize our core strengths in bioinformatics, computational biology, algorithms and data science to help clients in research project design, development of customized algorithms, end-to-end bioinformatics pipelines, access to and creation of proprietary databases, and finally recommendations and management of IT infrastructure systems.

We are building strong ties with top academic and non-profit research institutions to remain research-focused and contribute towards high impact research projects in several application areas of next generation sequencing including genomics, transcriptomics, methylation, metagenomics, proteomics, metabolomics - altogether building blocks for personalized medicine.
